An integral part of the Check Scanning Platform for bank branches, SmartCheck Capture Middleware is the Software component designed to facilitate and speed up the integration of optical reading and check scanning peripherals, with particular focus on FrontOffice Banking Transactions.

Architecture

In order to simplify its installation, the various features of SmartCheck Capture Middleware are incorporated into a single Windows service, developed in .NET technology.

• The Web functionalities are self-hosted, requiring no support platform, i.e. IIS.
• The communication between the different instances of the application is done over http or https protocol. Depending on the scanning model used, communications between this and SmartCheck Capture Middleware can also be carried out over other protocols, e.g. TCP
